The front desk attendant was very polite, welcoming and provided some helpful information for our stay. So from the moment we walked in we felt comfortable. Our room was spacious and clean. The mattress and bedding were a dream to sleep upon. It was a lovely hotel and we would definitely stay there again.
Quiet convenient location to Downtown Lenox & Stockbridge. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff at the front are courteous and attentive.
Hotel was nice, but we complained three times about noise from the room above us and no one did anything.
Did a quick couple days away and this hotel was close to things we wanted to do. We had a very nice king room on the top floor. It was right next to the elevator, so I was hesitant, but we heard nothing. It was very quiet. Room and public areas were very clean. Check in was easy and she was very nice and friendly. Provided me with a list of restaurants in the area and marked those that were popular. Remembered me in the morning, inquiring about how our dinner was and wishing my husband a happy birthday again. Would certainly recommend this hotel and staff and would stay again if in the area. Very convenient location.
Stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Lenox Berkshires for a weekend getaway in early 2026—clean, modern room with comfy bed, good AC, and the usual Marriott touches (coffee maker, mini-fridge, solid Wi-Fi). Breakfast was decent (standard buffet with hot items), and the indoor pool/hot tub was a nice bonus after hiking. Staff was friendly and helpful with local tips (Tanglewood, Norman Rockwell Museum nearby). Location is convenient off Route 7—easy access to Lenox, Stockbridge, and Berkshires attractions, though a bit removed from downtown Lenox walkability. Only not 5 stars because the hotel feels a tad dated in spots (carpet, some fixtures), and the area around is more highway than scenic. Solid, reliable Marriott option for Berkshires trips—would stay again for the value and comfort. Recommended for families or couples exploring the area!
I was only in the area traveling for work and had not stayed in a hotel in the area prior to this recent visit. Very modern, classy, and clean. I had a beautiful stay full of very friendly and helpful staff, the bistro prices are a little steep but luckily there is an amazing brewery across the street. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will return eventually.
This property upholds the Marriott standard you used to see everywhere. Very clean, rooms are spacious and well stocked. Housekeeping comes every other day and does a great job! Situated in a very safe upper scale area away from traffic and the city but a short drive to food and shopping. We were told this Courtyard is 7 years old. It is aging well and you can tell they take care of it. The landscaping is beautiful, fire pits and lots of outdoor seating/eating area. Large lobby downstairs that’s decorated very nicely. Starbucks coffee is available at the bistro. My old complaint about this place is that I don’t care for Starbucks and I wish they had Marriott coffee, and the water was hot but I prefer a tad hotter. Everything else was great and I couldn’t hav even more pleased! Parking was ample and complimentary. The staff was professional and very helpful and friendly. Thanks so much! God bless!
